Linda Kay Jones

Mrs, Linda Jones, 83 of Goshen, Indiana passed away on Wednesday March 6, 2024 at 11:10 am at her home.

She was born on April 24, 1940 in Walnut Grove, Missouri to Leotis and Jenny Crain. She married Frank Jones on September 1, 2007 in Elkhart, IN. and enjoyed 16 years together of much love and laughter.

They enjoyed the sunshine of Florida and spending time with family.

Surviving are her husband Frank Jones, her son Glenn (Mary) Lemmon of Goshen; her daughters Glenda (Rick) Thompson of Goshen, Brinda (Mike) Chrispyn and Tina (Brad) Nord both of Elkhart, step daughters Jennifer (Phil) Conley of Granger and Brenda Jones of South Bend, IN.; 13 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Linda was proceeded in death by her parents Leotis and Jenny Crain, her brothers Robert, Dale and Junior Crain and her sister Pauline Box.

Linda was a hard worker and kept a meticulous house, she enjoyed playing cards and hosting dinners with family. Linda and Frank loved the sunshine of Florida and had great memories of their time together in the sun and sand. Linda was an amazing Mother who lead by example nurturing and loving on her children.

She previously worked at Plumrose and Yorkwood Apartments.

A celebration of Linda’s life will be held on Saturday April 20, 2024 in the Community Center of The Willows, Goshen, IN.  from 1:00 – 4:00

Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with her care.
