Amanda Jean Richardson

Goshen - Amanda Jean Richardson, 44, passed away October 25th, 2025, at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.

 She was born September 26th, 1981, in Fort Wayne, IN. She was proceeded in death by her parents Dennis Smith, Roberta Lambert, and nephew Jacob Smith.

Surviving is her husband James Richardson of 7 years, along with 2 children, James Richardson Jr. & Vincent Richardson.

4 siblings, Denise(Steve) Obert, Dennis (Stacy) Smith, Tim (Stacy) Smith, Travis (Rachel) Smith, along with many nieces and nephews.

Amanda was known for her "can do" attitude. She could make/build anything. She was loving, kind, positive, & so funny. She loved animals and her family so much. She would help you with anything. She was always one call away. She was stubborn and fearless.

She always did what she wanted and lived her life to the fullest she knew she could. When she entered a room, her smile radiated, and her tattoos made her stand out. You couldn't help but smile when you saw her. A beautiful soul, Amanda was an amazing Wife, Sister, Sister-in-law, Friend, Aunt , and Daughter to all. She was everything to the ones she loved.

Per her wishes Cremation will take place and a Celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
