Aram Z Koltookian
Obituary
ELKHART-Aram Z. Koltookian, 53, passed away unexpectedly May 3, 2023, at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born June 13, 1969, in Concord, New Hampshire.
On April 14, 2001, he married Shelley Bardwell; she survives along with 2 children, Zaven D. Koltookian, Armen J. Koltookian, and his father, Zaven S. Koltookian. Also surviving are 2 sisters, Astrig (Steven) Tanguay, Christine (Christopher) Carey, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosalie Koltookian.
Aram was the President of KZ Recreational Vehicles in Shipshewana. He was a devoted husband, amazing father, loyal friend and philanthropic community leader. Aram had many interest but particularly enjoyed spending time with family and friends, being outdoors and his automobile collection. He will be remembered for his compassion and generosity, especially to children’s sports and his Armenian Culture.
Per his wishes cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will be this Sunday May 7, 2023 from 3:00 PM -7:00 PM, at the RV Hall of Fame, Elkhart, Indiana. All are welcome
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the Elkhart County Humane Society or the Sweet Pea Foundation
