Beverly June Johnson

Beverly J. Johnson, 89, passed away January 14, 2026 at Elkhart Meadows.  She was born June 18, 1936, in Albion, Michigan to Clifford and Eda Herrick.

Surviving are her husband of 66 years, Norman; 4 children: Melissa Meyers of Elkhart, Carolyn (John) Moore of Elkhart, Rebecca (Shaun) Doutlick of Middlebury, and Geoff Johnson of Elkhart; 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. One brother Kenneth (Barbara) Herrick of Homer, Mi.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one nephew, and two sons-in-law.

Beverly was a longtime member of the Elkhart North Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.  "She had strong faith in God's promise of a resurrection to eternal life in paradise on earth"

She had a giving heart and was always willing to help others in need, even if she didn't personally know them.

Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on February 7, 2026, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1921 Jeanwood Dr., Elkhart.
