Carol Ann Middlebrook

ELKHART-Carol A. Middlebrook, 87 of Elkhart, In. passed away at home on Thursday March 19th,2026.  She was born in Mishawaka, In. on January 10th, 1939, to Harold and Viola Conrad.  Carol graduated from Madison Township High School.

She was married to Frank Middlebrook who preceded her in death.  She also preceded in death by two brothers Donald and Roger, and a daughter Terri Klein (Middlebrook).  She is survived by her son Donald Middlebrook, nieces and a sister Delores Smith.

Also surviving are grandchildren , April Dorn, Andrea Klein, Nicole Middlebrook, Dalton Middlebrook and several great grandchildren, all of whom miss her very much.

Carol will be missed for her kind, loving, thoughtful spirit.  Her positivity, wisdom, and humor will forever be kept in our hearts.  A true angel from above, Carol will always and forever be with us.
