ELKHART-Charlene Noe, 78, passed away January 18, 2026, at her home in Elkhart. She was born May 21, 1947 in Pikeville, KY.
She was preceded in death by her father, Oliver Hackney, mother, Glendal Good, husband, Bill Noe, son, Randy Kinder, 2 brothers, Jackie Hackney and Rick Hackney.
Surviving is a daughter, Sandra Rodriguez, 5 grandchildren, A. Felicia Kinder, Jason Kinder, Katie Kinder, Ashley Kinder, Meagon Reyes, 11 great-grandchildren, Sofie, Eleanor, Lincoln, Kingslei, Ollie, Tailynn, Jackson, Valerie, Vinnie, Velami, and Jayla. Also surviving is a sister, Faye (Marion) Goley, and her favorite grand dog, Dixie.
Charlene was a member of the Goshen Moose Lodge, she enjoyed doing word searches, puzzles, dog sitting, and playing with her grandchildren. She made friends wherever she went and was a kind soul.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Paradigm Health Hospice Care for the wonderful care they took of Charlene.
Per her wishes cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
