Charles Dougall Obituary
ELKHART-Charles “Chuck” A. Dougall, Jr., 67, passed away September 2, 2021 at his home in Elkhart. He was born May 21, 1954 in Mishawaka to Charles & Agnus (Clark) Dougall, Sr.
On June 20, 1987 he married the love of his life Debra Shearer; she survives along with his mother, 2 siblings, Rebecca (Marvin) Stuart, Scott Dougall, 1 niece, Cathy Stuart and 1 nephew, Paul Stuart.
He was preceded in death by his father, 2 children, Annissa Montel and Justin Dougall.
Chuck enjoyed riding motorcycles, was a Notre Dame fan and had a wonderful sense of humor. He was a wonderful storyteller, loved his cats but he cherished his wife above all else. Chuck will be remembered as always willing to lend a helping hand with a smile on his face.
A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date.
