ELKHART-Charles B. Hunter, 78, passed away April 18, 2022, at the Center for Hospice Care-Raclin House. He was born March 10, 1944, in Sparta, Michigan to Russell & Rose (Shoemaker) Hunter.

On October 20, 1962, he married Cheryl Wright; she survives along with 2 children, Charin Garwick, Rick (Teri) Hunter, 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and a sister, Rosemary (Bill) Faurot.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Marv Hunter.

Charles worked at Gerencers Harley-Davidson for many years, was a member of Muskegon Motorcycle Club, HOG member, AMA member and enjoyed riding his Harley and attending races in his spare time.

Per his wishes cremation will take place and a celebration of life gathering will be held Saturday, May 21, 2022, from 1:00pm till ?, at Elkhart Conservation Club - 55515 Riviera Dr. Elkhart, In.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Center for Hospice Care.

Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
