Clarence C Flowers passed away December 07,2025 peacefully at the home of his granddaughter Natasha, surrounded by his family. He was born on January 26,1929 in Elkhart to Otis E. and Charlotte (Washburn) Flowers.
Clarence was a 1949 graduate of Harbor Springs High School in Michigan. He married Inez M Mapes on March 03,1950 in Elkhart. They had two sons Christopher and Carey.
He was in the Korean War. Clarence was stationed in Germany where he worked on tanks and other larger artillery.
Clarence was an electrician for many years in the RV industry before retiring. He enjoyed woodworking and carpentry in his free time. He recently discovered court TV and watched it daily.
Surviving are his Granddaughter Natasha (Joseph) Alvarez. His great grandchildren Preston (Tiffany) Alvarez, Joseph C (Renae) Alvarez, Tyler (Juanita) Alvarez, Jordan (Kami) Alvarez and Mia (Matthew) Dickerson of Elkhart.
His great great grandchildren Joseph, Elijah, Daetyn, Monroe, Ezra, Aiden, Julian, Jude, Elliana and Gianna of Elkhart.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, brothers George and Roy, also a sister Alice Lee. His wife and two sons proceed him in death, and a grandson Johnathon Cody Flowers.
Cremation has already taken place. A memorial will be scheduled for a later date.
Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with his care.
