Cris Coddens Obituary

ELKHART-Cris T. Coddens, 64, passed away April 15, 2021 at the Mishawaka Hospice House. He was born November 4, 1956 in Mishawaka, IN to the late Kenneth & Virginia (Hill) Coddens.

Surviving are 3 children, Jessica Mishler, Steffany Harroway, Cristopher Coddens, 3 grandchildren and 1 brother, Curt (Cathy) Coddens.

Cris enjoyed fishing in his younger years and spending time with friends and family.

Cris had experienced a terrible workplace accident 3 days after his 30th birthday that changed his life and the lives of his loved ones forever. Due to the severity of the accident, he became disabled for the remainder of his life. His parents both devoted their lives to taking care of Cris for over 32 years. Cris will be remembered as being a very happy and easy-going guy.

Cremation will take place and a private burial will be held at a later date in Adamsville Cemetery.

Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
