Daniel went to school at Forest Hills Elementary and Avondale High School both in Decatur, Georgia and then attended high school in Los Angeles, California while living there for about two years.
After returning to Atlanta, Georgia he became the Head Chef at several upscale restaurants including M.J. Pippins, Gregory’s and Cashins. Daniel then became the head waiter for the Sundial Restaurant on top of the 75 floor Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel located in downtown Atlanta. Daniel and David moved back to Three Rivers to be near family in October of 2007 and decided to retire. Pictured with Danny is Zoe, their first fur baby that was with them for over 17 years.
Daniel had an amazing green thumb, spending hours with his flowers and plants. His thumb was “so green” that he got a dead papyrus reed stick to root and become a 12-foot tree.
There will be no formal services at this time and cremation will take place.
