Dawn Marie Egenlauf

Dawn Marie Egenlauf, 60, of Bremen, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at her residence. She was born on January 24, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois to Daniel and Ruby (Pitts) Franklin.

Dawn married Joseph Patrick Egenlauf on April 30, 1999, in Auburn, Indiana.  He survives along with four children, Frank Galos, Joseph P. Egenlauf II, Wesley Egenlauf, Jewell Egenlauf, as well as six grandchildren, Luke (7), Joey (5), Scarlett (3), Saint (3), Ollie (2) and Emerie (1). Dawn was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Franklin; her mother, Ruby Valle; and two brothers, Daniel Franklin and David Franklin.

Dawn loved going mushroom hunting, being outdoors, going to the beach and going on pontoon rides. She would help anyone who was in need and was ALWAYS a mother.

Cremation will take place, and celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date. Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with her care.
