Deborah K. LaPlace

Deborah K. LaPlace, 71, passed away October 27, 2021 at her home in Mishawaka. She was born September 13, 1950 in South Bend.
On August 19, 1972 she married Lester LaPlace; he survives along with 4 children, LaDonna (Wesley) Francis, Leslie (Jamey) Banks, Lester (Raeann) LaPlace, Lisa (Kelly) Lawson, 6 grandchildren, Jeremy, Miles, Breanna, Kaitlyn, Mariah, and Jacob. Also surviving are 3 great-grandchildren and 1 sister, Pam (Ronnie) Queen.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Carter, mother, Vivian Riemland, 1 great-grandson and 4 brothers.
Deborah enjoyed reading, going on family camping trips, but above all else cherished her family and grandchildren.
Friends and family are welcome to attend a celebration of life gathering Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 2-5 p.m. at East United Methodist Church, 1621 E. 3rd Street Mishawaka, IN.
