Debra Aguilar Obituary

ELKHART-Debra A. Aguilar, 53, passed away April 23, 2022, at Elkhart General Hospital. She was born April 24, 1968, in Harlingen, Texas to Pedro & Mamie (Almendarez) Charles.

Surviving is her mother, 6 children, Christopher Charles, Kaylan Stammers, Kelli Williams, James Charles, Olivia Charles, Amani Ruffin, and 10 grandchildren. Also surviving are 4 siblings, Julia Charles, Bianca (Robert Rivera) Charles, Rafael Charles, Diane (Arty Largotta) Charles, and numerous nieces and nephews, including special nieces, Alicia Charles and Kourtnie Branam. Also her significant other Erasma Lopez Jr.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Debra enjoyed spending time at the lake, swimming, cooking, and spending time with the family making memories.

Per her wishes cremation will take place. A private Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday May 1, 2022 at 3:00pm at the home of her niece Kourtnie.

Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
