Diane K. Rhinesmith

Diane K. Rhinesmith, 79, of Elkhart, IN, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at Elkhart General Hospital. She was born on July 21, 1945, in Elkhart to Joseph R. and Esther W. (Marshall) Rhinesmith.

Surviving are three nephews, Terry A. (Brenda) Current of Elkhart, IN; Don (Lisa) Current of Goshen, IN; TJ (David Gray) Current of Edwardsburg, MI; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Diane was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Rhinesmith; her mother, Esther Rhinesmith Siegmond; one brother, Dennis Rhinesmith; one sister, Beverly Current; a brother-in-law, Raymond Current; and a nephew, Gerry Current.

Diane was employed at Miles (now Bayer) for over 25 years and was a member of the Quarter Century Club at Miles. She enjoyed reading, and she loved her three cats.

Cremation will take place at Elkhart Cremation Services, and a graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Rice Cemetery, Elkhart, IN.
