Dorothy Ann Crocker

ELKHART-Dorothy A. Crocker, 74, passed away February 21, 2026, at Brickyard Health Care in Elkhart.  She was born November 7, 1951, in Manchester, TN to the late Edgar & Dellie “Christine” (Judge) Crocker.

  Surviving are 2 children, Christopher (Tammi) Grathen, Michelle Grathen, 2 grandchildren, Tyler (Nashley) Grathen, Brayden (Jess) Grathen, 2 great-grandchildren, Cooper, and Noah.  Also surviving are 7 siblings, Ellen, Roger, Halbert, Dexter, Clarence, Tony, and Dewayne.

  Dorothy graduated from Jimtown High School in 1969 and went to cosmetology school and to secretary school.  She always took great pride in her appearance and always looked her very best.  She will be remembered for her willingness to be there for others and help them out, her laugh and her colorful personality.  Above all else she enjoyed making precious memories with her family.

  Per her wishes cremation will take place and a celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date.

  Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
