Earl Jones Obituary

WALKERTON, IN- Earl Dewayne Jones, 67, of Walkerton, died Sunday September 26, 2021, at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. He was born May 21, 1954, in Covington, Kentucky to Clarence Edwin and Zelma Mae (McClure) Jones.

Surviving is his son, Dylan D.S. Jones, and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Earl was a US Army veteran serving from 1976 -1979 and was honorably discharged. He was an auctioneer and enjoyed collecting guns. Earl was also an avid Kentucky Wildcat basketball fan.

In keeping with his family’s wishes cremation will take place and a celebration of life service and burial will be held at a later date. Elkhart Cremation Services is entrusted with his care.

Memorial contributions may be given to Elkhart Cremation Services to help the family defray cremation costs.
