SOUTH BEND-Eugene “Geno” D. Turczynkski, 63, passed away October 26, 2025, at his dream home in South Bend. He was born August 11, 1962, in South Bend, IN to the late Eugene & Linda (Perogi) Turczynski
Surviving is his wife, Syndi Turczynski, 6 children, Apryl Turczynski, Nathan Turczynski, Tearsa Turczynski, Kandice Turczynski, Ashley Turczynski, Amber Turczynski, and 11 grandchildren. Also surviving are 3 siblings, Alan (Mary) Turczynski, Colleen (Scott) Peregrine, and Jill (Richard) Kabzinski.
A proud member of the Chain-O-Lakes Conservation Club, Geno found happiness in the simple pleasures of life; fishing, hunting, and cheering on his favorite NASCAR driver, Jeff Gordon. But above all, he treasured the time he spent with his friends and family, sharing his big heart and making memories that will last forever with his unforgettable voice. “Na Zdrowie”
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 1 p.m. Chain-O-Lakes Conservation Club, 26230 Southport Drive South Bend, IN 46628.
Memorial contributions may be given to Chain-O-Lakes Conservation Club.
