George M. Kinsman

George M. Kinsman, 60, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born on August 14, 1964, in Miami, FL, to the late George S. Kinsman and Barbara Waylon Hughes

On June 26, 2003, George married Susan. She survives along with three children, Mark (Alyssa) Kinsman, Jessica (Lonnie VanDevander) Miracle, Lorinesa (Jon) Ferguson; two stepchildren, Bonita (Drew) Riley, Robert (Jennifer Gebhart) Keller; and 19 grandchildren: Lydia, Mark, Adelaide, Olivia, Amelia, Rory, Jamie, Drew, Ryan, Alicia, Samuel, Kirsten, Kiley, Kayden, Tatum, Annistyn, Violett, Vander, and Aada. Also surviving are three great-grandchildren, McClain, Ava, Easton; two brothers, William (Cathy) Kinsman, Russell (Terri) Kinsman; and numerous other family members. 

George enjoyed being outdoors and spent most of his time boating, fishing, mushroom hunting, and meteorite hunting. He also liked woodworking and was an animal lover. The most important part of his life was his family, especially his grandchildren, whom he adored. 

Per his wishes, cremation will take place, and a celebration of life gathering will be held from 10:00am-3:00pm on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at McNaughton Park Pavillion, 701 Arcade Avenue, Elkhart, IN. 

Memorial contributions may be given to the Elkhart County Humane Society. 

Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
