It is with great sadness that the family of Goldie Howard announces her passing on June 30, 2026. She has gone home to be with her husband James Howard and grandson Rodney RJ Rienks, who both preceded her in death. She passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones. 

She is survived by her three children, Jennifer, Donald and Tonja, six grandchildren, two brothers, two sisters, as well as all the neighborhood children whom she helped raise and called her grandma and Mom. She has several nieces and nephews who were also adored by her as well. Goldie was a lovely woman who loved her flowers and garden. She was funny, ornery and stubborn all the way to the end, she will truly be missed by all who had the joy of ever knowing her.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Elkhart Cremation services has been entrusted with her care.
