Harry M Funkhouser

ELKHART- Harry M. Funkhouser, 86, of Elkhart, Indiana, passed away Tuesday October 22, 2025, at The Center for Hospice Care-Esther’s House in Elkhart.  He was born June 1, 1939, in Mishawaka, Indiana to Andrew W. & Marie G. (Eubank) Funkhouser.

Surviving is a brother, Russell Funkhouser of Battle Creek, MI; his caregiver, Shelia R. Pace of Elkhart, IN; and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters, Becky Zion and Patsy Morton.

Harry was a US Navy veteran and was honorably discharged in March of 1967.

There will be no visitation or services, and cremation will take place at Elkhart Cremation Services.  Burial will be at a later date in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola.
