ELKHART - James “Jim” E. Williamson, 60, passed away March 6, 2024, in the home he loved. He was born December 1, 1963, in Detroit, MI.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Constance L. (Charles) Renaldi and James Williamson I, and brother, Carl Renaldi.
Surviving are his brother, Vince (Jane) Williamson, niece, Marissa (Andrew) Gagnon, nephew, Daniel Williamson, and close friends and neighbors, Nicole Mann, Travis Slone, Patrick Scott, and the Cappelletti Family. Most importantly he is survived by his cat, Mew, who he loved dearly.
Jim spent most of his days feeding the neighborhood cats, each of which he named and kept tabs on. He enjoyed video games, collecting Star Wars memorabilia and outdoor survival gear, visiting Renaissance fairs with his parents and niece, and shopping at Griffon Bookstore in South Bend.
Per his wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no services.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Michiana Renaissance Festival.
Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
