Janet I. Biddle born September 6,1944 passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 21,2026 at her home. 

Janet worked as a teacher's aide at Beardsley Elementary, Trava Cap as a final finish person. Imperial Automotive in the final finish department. She was head cook at RW restaurant and at RJ restaurant then Boardwalk Cafe. Janet worked as a housekeeper at Hubbard Hill Estates eventually retiring. Janet was an avid reader her favorite authors were James Patterson, Fern Michaels, and Iris Johansen. Janet enjoyed watching and feeding her birds and squirrels in her front yard. 

Janet is precede in death by her parents Guy and Anna Smetzer. Her mother Elsie Filbert. Her son Brent Biddle and daughter Korena Carlisle. She is survived by her sons Guy (Sarah) Biddle, David (Jennifer) Biddle. Her daughters Kathy Butterworth and Katherine Smith. Her grandchildren Connor Biddle, Alex Biddle, Joshua Carlisle, Jeremy (Nicole) Carlisle, Samantha Carlisle, Trent Biddle, Tori (Dallas) Conrad, Amanda Smith, Zachary (Shelby) Biddle and Brooklyn Biddle. 

Her great grandchildren Jordan Carlisle, Kendall Carlisle,  Owen Carlisle, James Carlisle, Bryton Conrad, Angela Conrad, Alara Griffin, Abel Griffin, Aryah Griffin, Asher Biddle and Rowan Biddle.

Elkhart Cremation took care of the final arrangements. There was no service.
