Mishawaka - Jeffrey L. Annis passed away May 12, 2021.

Born in South Bend, Jeff has always been a resident of South Bend and Mishawaka.

Jeff is survived by his wife Lynn, his father Robert (Katie) Annis of Mishawaka, his mother Lorie Sefcik of Bradenton, FL, his brother Martin Annis of Anna Maria Island, FL, and his sister Tracy Annis (Christos Kartson) of Strongsville, OH.

Jeff retired from the South Bend Medical Foundation after 35 years of service. In his retirement he enjoyed his part time work with Mamo Transportation.

Cremation arranged by Elkhart Cremation Services. There will be no funeral or internment.
