Kathryn Fay Campbell

ELKHART- Kathryn Fay Campbell, 90, of Elkhart, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at her residence. She was born on June 4, 1935, in Elkhart to the late Loren Walter and Irene Hakes.

Survivors include a son, Jeffrey L. Pappas; a daughter, Lori K. Lee; 4 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  And she was survived by one sister Karolyn Bevans.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Campbell, one son Alan Pappas, two brothers, David Hakes and Robert Hakes and one sister Marilyn Hakes. 

Kathryn was employed at CTS Corporation for several years prior to her retirement.

There will be no public services, and cremation will take place at Elkhart Cremation Services, 2100 W. Franklin Street, Elkhart, IN 46516

Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with her care.
