Leonard "Len" Lee Tavernier passed away peacefully on February 21st, 2025, at MIller's Merry Manor in Warsaw, Indiana. He was born on May 15th, 1940, in Mishawaka, Indiana to George L "Bud" and Nondies I (Klaus) Tavernier. On November 14th, 1959, he married Mary Ann Phelps.
He is survived by his sister, Brenda Cuthbert, sons Jeff (Mary), Timothy (Jessica) and daughter Sabina; grandchildren Steven, Rozanna, Joshua, Tyler, Tabitha, Rebekah, Aaron, Monica, Izie, Lauren and Daniel; many great grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Ann, and son, James.
Len was a lifelong mechanic and shop owner in Elkhart, Indiana and later, in Leesburg, Florida. He lived a life full of friends, family and adventures. Len's greatest legacy is his family. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
