Linda Farmer Obituary

SOUTH BEND- Linda Sue Farmer, 73, of South Bend, died Saturday January 16, 2021 at the Raclin House Hospice in Mishawaka. She was born May 27, 1947 in South Bend, IN to Robert Michael and Delilah Katherine (Earhardt) Balok.
She married Thomas Farmer and he preceded her in death. Surviving are 2 children, Debbie Barany Lucas-Shreeve of Grand Rapids, MI and Timothy Barany of CO; several grandchildren; 2 brothers Lester E. Hans of North Liberty, IN and Billy T. Hans of South Bend, IN and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thomas, and a brother Layne.
Linda was a member of the American Legion. Cremation will take place and a private family celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Elkhart Cremation Services is entrusted with her care.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Center for Hospice Care.
