Lisa Monique Little

  Lisa Monique Little, 53, passed away on April 24, 2026, peacefully in her sleep at her home in South Bend, Indiana.

  Lisa was born on January 6, 1973, in Manhattan, New York to Mary V. Hanson. Lisa was a devoted mother of 4, as well as a loving big sister. She was a caring person and friend to everyone she had contact with.

  She is survived by her 3 children, Brandon, Donovan, & Danielle, as well as her sister, Julia. Lisa is preceded in death by her mother, Mary, her son, Marques, and her aunt, Peggy, as well as many beloved aunts and uncles.

  Lisa will be missed by a huge community of people, including her nieces and nephews Desaray, Bryanna, Anna, and Nathan, her close friends, especially Terri Hill, her work family at Center For Positive Change, all of her adoptive children including Joseph Quick, Amanda Hazinski, Madison Martinez, and Jessica Pollard, and her ex-husband, Ben.

 Lisa was incredibly hardworking, between her time in the Navy, Memorial Hospital, Notre Dame Wellness Center, and at Center For Positive Change.

There will be a service on Friday May 8, 2026, at St. Joseph Catholic Church-226 N Hill Street, South Bend, IN.  Visitation will be held at 10:30 AM- with services at 11:30 AM.

  Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with her care.
