Lois L Reynolds

ELKHART- Lois L. Reynolds, 78, of Elkhart, died Thursday August 19, 2021, at Elkhart General Hospital.  She was born September 19, 1942, in Iowa City, Iowa to Ora A. and Helen L. (Bradley) Warren.

     On October 30, 1996, she married Nevel E. Reynolds Jr.  He preceded her in death on February 19, 2018.  Surviving are 3 children, Tammy Sue Hensley Quick, Gilbert T. Quick, III, Mark Allen (Monica) Quick, Sr., all of Elkhart; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and 2 siblings, Curt (Becky) Warren and Jane Cox both of Elkhart.  Lois was preceded in death by her parents, her 2 husbands, Gilbert T. Quick, Jr. and Nevel E. Reynolds, Jr., and 2 siblings, Helen M. Longnecker and Bud Warren.

     Lois and Nevel enjoyed spending winters in Florida for over 18 years and both enjoyed traveling.  Lois was a member of the Braille and Blind Organizations in Sarasota and Daytona Beach, FL.  She worked for the Selmer Company in Elkhart building cases for musical instruments.

     Cremation will take place and celebration of life service will be held Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 12:00 PM with visitation 1 hour prior to the service, at The Sanctuary of Osceola  10143 Lehman Street  Osceola, In..  Inurnment will be private at Prairie Street Cemetery.  Elkhart Cremation Services is entrusted with her care.
