Maxine C. Andrzejewski 86 born July 26th 1940 of Mishawaka passed away peacefully on June 18th 2026, surrounded by loving family and friends, leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories and the love of her family and friends.

Maxine known to all as Buscia will be remembered for her kind heart, quiet strength, and caring nature. She touched the lives of those who knew her with her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love for her family. She had a special place in her heart for her Gurley Leep family where she worked from 1982 till 2006 when she retired. 

She is survived by her only son Charles Somogyi, Grandchildren Brittany C. Somogyi, Zackary D. Somogyi, Isaak C. Somogyi and 8 Great Grandchildren (Brittany)Brayden Summersgill, Jaylen Gordon, Jackson Gordon, Julian Gordon, (Zackary)Autumn Somogyi, Kye Somogyi, Ava Somogyi, (Isaak)Halo Rain and Best Friend Janie Hegedus who will forever treasure the memories they shared with her. She was preceded in death by her Husband Richard E Andrzejewski and Daughter-in-law Michelle Somogyi and Great Grand Child Dallas Somogyi(Isaak) who welcomed her into eternal rest.

A Celebration of Life will be held for both Maxine and Michelle at the V.F.W. Post 360 at 1307 E. Jefferson Blvd. Mishawaka, IN 46545 on July 25th from 2pm til 6pm In lieu of flowers, those who wish may honor her memory through acts of kindness or by supporting a charity meaningful to them.

There will also be a Funeral Service held for both Maxine and Michelle on August 7 at 10am at Our Lady Of Hungry Church located at 829 West Calvert Street, South Bend, IN 46613.

Maxine's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She is Missed. May she rest in peace.
