Pamela Ann LeMere

On November 1, 2023 Pamela Ann LeMere passed away surrounded by her loving family after a short battle with cancer.  Pam was born on February 10, 1955 in Mishawaka IN and was the daughter of Richard “Lefty” J. and Janet M. LeMere (Kindig).  She was preceded in death by her mother, Janet, her grandparents and her dogs AJ & Buddy.   

Left to deal with the huge void in their hearts are her father, Lefty, her sister Patti Morris (Mishawaka), her brothers Richard LeMere Jr. (Bobbie) Fortville, IN and Curt LeMere (Janis) Austin, TX and her cat Sniper.  Also, her nieces and nephews Jennifer Rutledge, Heidi Pollard (Matthew), and Jeremy Morris, Todd (Bettina), Timothy and Irina LeMere, and Kendall LeMere.  Also, her great nieces and nephews, Emma and Ethan Rutledge, Connor and Carson Pollard and Vayda and Lennox LeMere and her great great niece Callista LeMere. She was also known as “Aunt Pam” to so many other friends and family and almost every new person she met.   

After 43 years working at the South Bend Medical Foundation, she retired in 2018 and has remained close to her friends that she worked with and has always considered them family.  She was blessed to be showered with love and visits from so many of them from across the country within her last few weeks and the laughs they shared together will forever be echoed in our hearts.   

As per Pam's request, there will be no services & a celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made in Pam's name to either Center for Hospice of Mishawaka or Pet Refuge. 

Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
