Peggy L McMillen

BRISTOL-Peggy L. McMillen, 92, passed away July 7, 2025, at her home in Bristol.  She was born July 22, 1932, in South Bend.

  On January 12, 1957, in South Bend she married Robert McMillen; he preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, Calvin & Della Kring.

  Surviving is a daughter, Becky (Robert) Rice, son, Larry McMillen,

2 granddaughters and 4 great-grandchildren.

  Peggy enjoyed doing yardwork, mowing, gardening, and ballroom dancing. She was a member of the Moose Lodge, American Legion, Elkhart D.A.V., Goshen Elks, and L.I.F.E. Club. 

  Peggy’s final wish was to pass away at home and with the help of her son Larry that was able to happen.

  Per her wishes cremation will take place and there will be no services.

  Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
