Obituary

GOSHEN-Peggy L. Pfeil, 83, passed away August 22, 2023, at Goshen Hospital. She was born January 2, 1940, in Buffalo Lake, MN to the late Howard & Lucille (Becker) Moritz.

On August 5, 1962 in Buffalo Lake, MN she married Robert Pfeil; he survives along with 4 children, Jon Pfeil, Brian (Pam) Pfeil, Janet (Richard) Watson, Stacy Weiss, 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 2 siblings, Deanna (Vernon) Robbins, and Jerry (Jeannie) Moritz.

Peggy graduated from Westmar College with a degree in education, worked at Accra Pac for several years, a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, and the American Red Cross Disaster Team. She enjoyed gardening, interior design, reading and most of all spending time with her family.

Cremation will take place and there will be a celebration of life service at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be given to UMCOR in care of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
