Penny P. Roberts, 61, passed away June 5, 2026, at the Center for Hospice Care the Esther House in Elkhart. She was born December 16, 1964, in Kalamazoo, MI.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Roberts, a sister, Lisa, and her stepfather, Bruce Thomas.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Lisa Conley, Cassidy (Kazper Ayala) Parsons, her mother, Marjorie “Jeanette” Thomas, 9 grandchildren, 3 siblings, Stacy, Kim, Jim, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Penny enjoyed having wind therapy on her motorcycle “Pegasus”, going to the beach and boating. She was an animal lover, especially horses and cats. Penny was funny, quick witted, and had a kind and loving soul. Those around her will miss her deeply.
Per her wishes cremation will take place and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Elkhart County Humane Society.
Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
