ELKHART-Richard “Rick” A. Lanham Sr., 71, passed away April 19, 2026 at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born January 5, 1955 in Montgomery, West Virginia.
On March 17, 1979 he married Cathy Shea; she survives along with 2 children, Richard (Stephany Reed) Lanham Jr., Brent Lanham, 4 siblings, Ivan Jr. (Linda), James (Linda), Lucy, and Betty.
He was preceded by his parents, Ivin & Mable (Miller) Lanham Sr. and 2 brothers, Terry and Ron.
Rick was a Chicago Cubs fan, enjoyed watching wrestling, and most of all spending time with the love of his life, Cathy.
Per his wishes cremation will take place and there will be no services.
