OSCEOLA-Robert “Jim” J. Roth, Jr., 75, passed away December 15, 2020 at his home in Osceola. He was born January 10, 1945 in South Bend to Robert & Pauline & (Gibson) Roth, Sr.
On September 8, 1984 he married Patricia (Balint); she survives along with 5 children, Todd (Paula) Roth, Scott (Kim) Roth, Sharla (Roberto Fuentes) Roth, Shane (Jennifer) Roth, Rodney Roth, 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and his dog, Missypoo.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 great-grandchild.
Jim served in the U.S. Navy. He was a train enthusiast, Notre Dame Fan, and liked listening to his C.B. radio.
His family will deeply miss him, and he will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.
A celebration of life gathering at a later date and the family will update via Facebook.
Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
