Ronald LeRoy Sanders, 80, of Elkhart, IN, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at the Center for Hospice Care, Esther’s House, in Elkhart. He was born on January 20, 1944, in Elkhart to Arthur C. and Mildred May (Vickers) Sanders, both of whom preceded him in death.

Ron is survived by his three children, Lisa Beck, Darcy Vandenbossche, Jason Sanders; his partner, Christopher B. Ohse; brother, Richard A. Sanders of Elkhart; eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his sister, Joan Hurley, who died on June 16, 2023.

Cremation will take place. A private memorial service will be held at 3:00pm on Friday, July 26, 2024. Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with his care.
