Ruth McGinnis Obituary

ELKHART- Ruth Ann McGinnis, 85, of Elkhart, Indiana, passed away at her home on Sunday, January 9, 2022.

Ruth was born March 8, 1937, to Jacob and Mattie (Yoder) Miller in LaGrange, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, her parents, a granddaughter, and a son-in-law.

Ruth is survived by her five children, Cathy Clemans, Joe (Karen) McGinnis, Jim McGinnis, Brian McGinnis, and Kevin (Penny) McGinnis. She was blessed with 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-granddaughter, whom she loved dearly. She is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Elkhart Cremation Services have been entrusted with her care.
