Obituary

SOUTH BEND-Sara L. Carr, 25, passed away August 14, 2023, at her home in South Bend. She was born September 21, 1997, in South Bend.

Surviving are her parents, Patrick & Leslie (Cundiff) Carr, a sister, Samantha Cundiff, paternal grandparents, Tom (Karen) Carr, Brenda (Douglas) Laymon, and maternal grandmother, Dorothy Bone. Also surviving is her fiancé, Justin Gaff, additional siblings, Cameron & Caitlin Sheler and numerous other family members.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfathers, Herbert Cundiff and Solomon “Sox” Bone.

Sara enjoyed singing, going to the beach, shopping, playing video games, spending time with her family especially her nieces and nephews and most of all making others happy.

Sara was the biggest animal lover.

Cremation will take place and a celebration of life gathering will be held Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 3 p.m. at the West Side Conservation Club 24435 Grant Road South Bend, IN 46619
