Teri Miller Obituary

WHITE PIGEON, MI- Teri Lynn Miller, 69, of White Pigeon, Michigan, passed away Saturday January 13, 2024, at her residence in White Pigeon.  She was born July 5, 1954, in Elkhart, Indiana to Ned & Daphne (Tink) Wilcox.

On December 31, 1988, in Elkhart, Indiana she married Christopher D. Miller.  He survives along with 3 sons, Benjamin Schuelke, Joseph Schuelke, Jordan Miller all of Elkhart, IN; 1 brother, Randy Wilcox of Cassopolis, MI; 6 grandchildren, Remy, Daphne, Timothy, Izik, Max and Cash.  Also surviving is a sister-in-law, Tina Stoltz of Edwardsburg, MI; 2 nieces, Lene & Nicole; 3 nephews, Randy, Ned & Timmy; 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Daphne Wilcox, her father, Ned Wilcox and her brother, Ned Wilcox II.

Teri had many friends who she dearly loved.  She was a good listener and a supportive friend, and a good mother and wife.  Teri was an avid reader, enjoyed many types of adventures, musical concerts, camping, canoeing, card playing, crafting, road trips, going out to eat and sitting on the porch.  She loved hashing out the world’s issues and getting together to enjoy the day.  She never met a broken piece of furniture that couldn’t be fixed.

As per Teri’s wishes there will be no funeral service or celebration of life.  Elkhart Cremation Services is entrusted with her care.

She did suggest at some point listening to a couple of songs that were dear to her and reflected on her life situation.  It’s a wonderful world by Louis Armstrong & Spirit in the sky by Norman Greenbaum.
