CROMWELL-Thomas M. Fallquist, 55, passed away April 30, 2021. He was born March 3, 1966 in Omaha, NE to the late Carl & Edith (Majors) Fallquist.

Surviving is 1 son, Tanner Nelson, 1 sister, Susan Thomas, 3 nieces, Macayla, Maria and Shyann.

Thomas served in the U.S. Navy and was considered a workaholic. He was a good guy with an adventurous spirit and enjoyed fishing.

Per his wishes cremation will take place and a private service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be given to your local A.A.
