GRANGER-Thomas L. Kiel, 60, passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at the Center for Hospice Care the Raclin House.  He was born November 4, 1964 in Elkhart, Indiana.

  He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Kiel, and a sister, Kimberly Kiel.

 He is survived by his husband, Roger Pierce, his father, Frederick Kiel of Goshen, and a brother, Timothy Kiel of Elkhart.

  He enjoyed his work at Follett School Solutions as a textbook salesman for many years.  Tom also loved traveling all over the U.S. and went on several cruises to the Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii.  He enjoyed cooking, spending time with family and friends, and hosting Ramble Redhead podcast for many years.

  In lieu of flowers, family and friends can make memorial contributions to www.projectpurple.org which supports pancreatic cancer research and treatment.   

Per his wishes cremation will take place.  There will be a memorial service held at Zion Lutheran Church, 20943 C.R. 6 Bristol, IN on Sunday, April 27, 2025 from 2-5 p.m.

  Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
