Thomas Eugene Legg, Jr

ELKHART-Thomas “Jay” E. Legg Jr., passed away March 10, 2026.  He was born February 12, 1965, in Elkhart.

  On July 1, 1989 he married Lori Williams; she preceded him in death.  He was also preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Sr. & Eugenia (Parsons) Legg, and a brother, Charles Legg.

  Surviving is a son, Ethan (Carly) Legg, and a grandson, Oliver.

  Thomas enjoyed bowling, playing cards, going to the casino, and watching T.V.  He was a former coach for the Elkhart County Special Olympics.  He will be most remembered for being a loving and devoted husband and a proud grandpa.

  Per his wishes cremation will take place and there will be no services.

  Memorial contributions may be given to the Elkhart County Special Olympics.
