ELKHART-Thomas “Tom” David Scott, 55, passed away September 4, 2021 at the Center for Hospice Care in Mishawaka. He was born August 13, 1966 in Mishawaka to Thomas & Sandra (Oakley) Scott.

Surviving are 2 children, Thomas (Ashlee) Scott, Alishia (T.J. Rajski) Cannady, 5 grandchildren, Jade, Gavin, Serenity, Alex, Jaxon, 4 siblings, Phil, Peter, Jessica, Rebecca and his father.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Tom enjoyed fishing, target shooting and building model cars.

Per his wishes there will be no services.

Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
