Victoria L Collins

GOSHEN-Victoria L. Collins, 78, passed away September 23, 2025, at her home in Goshen.  She was born October 4, 1946, in Lyons, MI to Glenn & Lillian (Reno) Downs.

  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Frederick Collins, grandson, Justin, 3 brothers, Harold “Skip”, Timothy, Larry, a sister, Diane, and 2 stepchildren.

  Surviving are 3 children, Vincent (Angie) Downs, Barbara (Roger Maier) Lowery, Tracy Lowery, 4 stepchildren, 10 grandchildren, Renae, Andrew, Robert (Tonya), Jennifer, Michael, Joseph, Jamie, Jeff Jr., Sandra, and Wyatt, 20 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and a sister, Sherry Minz.

  Victoria enjoyed karaoke, bingo, crosswords, tablet games, and arts and crafts. 

  The family would like to thank the staff at the Restoracy of Goshen for the wonderful care they took of Victoria.

  Per her wishes cremation will take place and there will be a celebration of life service at a later date.

  Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
