William "Bill" Thomas Gaspar

William "Bill" Thomas Gaspar, 84, passed away peacefully at home on July 7, 2024 after a brief battle with cancer.

Bill leaves behind his loving wife of 66 years, Kathleen Gaspar; daughters, Irene (Eva Ilderton) Gaspar and Rhonda (Ron) Fordyce; grandchildren, Laken (Dustin) Higgins, Brandon Fordyce, Emily Fordyce, Jacob Gaspar. Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Terrier; father, Joseph Gaspar; sons, William (Billy) Gaspar and Antone (Tony) Gaspar; and granddaughter, Jody Gaspar.

Bill was a veteran of the United States Army. Later, he was a truck driver, welder, and custodian. Bill was a great provider for his family. He was a loving father to his children and grandchildren.

Bill took great pride in his yard and spent many hours making it beautiful. He enjoyed traveling to Florida in the winter months and spending time with all their dogs and foster dogs.

Per Bill wishes, there will be no services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Elkhart Cremation Services has been entrusted with his care.

Though Bill will be missed by those who knew him, his legacy will live on through his family and friends.
